Hey there, brave soul. Welcome!

If you’ve stumbled in here, chances are you’re carrying a lot. Maybe quietly, maybe with a smile that hides the wear and tear. I see you. And while this corner of the internet isn’t therapy (and I won’t pretend it is), it is a place for reflection, laughter, truth-telling, and a little bit of soul composting.

That’s right. Composting. You know how the forest takes what’s dead, fallen, and discarded and turns it into rich, fertile soil? That’s what we’re doing here. Gathering up the old stories, the burnout, the tiny (and big) heartbreaks, and turning them into something alive and beautiful.

So, what can you expect here?

- Nature wisdom without the fluff.
- Coaching insights with actual heart.
- A reminder that you are not broken. You are in process. Always becoming.

A Gentle Invitation to Begin Again (Yes, Right Now)

Maybe you’ve been feeling like you need to “get it together” before you can show up. Maybe you’re used to being the strong one. Maybe rest feels foreign and productivity feels like your default setting.

Let this space be your reset button. Let it be a place where you can take a long exhale, drop the performance, and just be.

Mini Exercise: The Ground Beneath You:
Go outside, even if it’s just your front step. Stand barefoot if you can. Close your eyes. Notice the sensation beneath your feet. Imagine the earth saying: You don’t need to fix anything right now. Just arrive.

Take 3 breaths. That’s it. That’s a practice.

Nature Doesn’t Rush, and Neither Should You

We live in a culture that wants fast answers. Fast healing. Fast “fixes.” But nature knows that transformation is seasonal. Some things fall apart before they bloom again. Some seeds stay dormant longer than others.

Reflection Prompt: What season are you in right now?
- Are you budding with new ideas?
- In full bloom and needing to be seen?
- In autumn, letting things fall away?
- In winter, deeply resting?

Whatever your answer—there is nothing wrong with you. You’re cycling, not failing.

Let’s Get a Little Wild

And by wild, I mean real. Unfiltered. Maybe even weird. This blog is where I get to tell the stories that don’t fit neatly into clinical boxes. Like the time I got a download from a tree in a thunderstorm. Or the way the ocean taught me about grief without saying a word. There will be metaphors. There will be moss. There will probably be a moment when you think, “Wait, is this lady actually talking to plants?” (Yes. Yes, I am.)

Try This: Find Your Nature Ally
Next time you’re out in nature, let your eyes land on something that calls to you. A rock. A tree. A feather. A cloud.

Sit with it for a moment. Ask: What do you want me to know today? Don’t overthink it. Just listen. This might feel strange. That’s okay. You don’t have to believe in it for it to work. Sometimes all we need is a conversation that bypasses logic and taps into the sacred.

So, Brave Soul, Here’s What I Want You to Know:
You’re not late. You’re not too much. You’re not the only one who cries in the car or forgets how to be tender with yourself.

You are right on time. And you are welcome here—exactly as you are.

So kick off your shoes. Let’s get rooted. Let’s compost some soul-stuff together.

With roots and realness,
Karin
