The Magic of Vision Boards - Any Time of Year
At the beginning of this year, I was invited to guide a vision board session for our local Humane Society team. It was such an honor, and honestly, deeply moving. These are people working in one of the most emotionally intense environments, caring for animals and navigating heartbreak on a daily basis. Their work is sacred and often unseen.
We gathered in a quiet room and gave them space to reflect, reconnect with their dreams, and claim a vision for the year ahead; not just in their work, but in their personal lives too. What came out of it was more than glue sticks and magazine clippings. There were tears, laughter, and shared hopes. It was one of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had in a long time.
And it reminded me: you don’t need to wait for a new year to create a vision board.
Sometimes the best time to create one is right now. When you’re in transition. When you feel lost. Or when you want to reconnect to something deeper: your intuition, your joy, your sense of direction.
